I was expecting the return to be a headache, but it went really smoothly. My sister had warned me returns can be a pain, so I was relieved when the refund came through quickly with no hassle at all.

I ordered my usual size thinking it would fit like they kind of imply it should, but it was way tighter than expected. The size chart wasn’t really helpful either, just a bunch of vague guidance that didn’t match reality. I was able to return it, so that part was okay, but it was still annoying to deal with.

I really thought I was going to love this coat because the style is super nice, and the fabric does feel good, like it has that soft, quality feel at first. But then I noticed the stitching was a little uneven in a few spots, and I don’t know, that just bugged me. Also one of the buttons already felt loose after wearing it a couple times, which isn’t great. It’s not a bad coat exactly, and it does look good on, but for the price I expected the details to be better. Especially from this brand. Just ended up feeling a bit disappointed.

I really like the clean, simple designs, they’re exactly the kind of styles I usually go for. The only thing is they do feel a bit pricey, so I kind of had to reassure myself it was worth it before buying.

I’m still waiting for my order and haven’t really gotten any updates. I get that shipping can be slow sometimes, but with no tracking info or message, it kind of feels like it’s not even on the way. Frustrating.

I’m happy with this coat overall. The quality feels really good and it seems like it’ll hold up well, but I do wish the price had been a bit lower. If you don’t mind spending a little extra, I’d say it’s worth considering

Support replied way quicker than I expected and got my annoying little issue sorted without making it a whole damn ordeal

I got caught out in some really heavy rain and this coat did a great job. My shoulders stayed dry, and I didn’t notice any leaking around the seams, which is usually where I’d expect problems. It did take a little while to dry afterwards, but that’s normal for this kind of weather. If you’re looking for something for wet walks or everyday rainy days, I’d say it’s a solid choice. Feels well made and like it should last a good while.
